Am I able to cancel or return my order, or change it out for a different size?

We do allow you to cancel your order if needed. Cancellations can only happen if the order has not been shipped yet. We understand that sometimes things happen! Regarding returns, we do not offer returns at this time. We are a small business and returns can be difficult to work with, especially because we have limited stock and sizes of products! We really appreciate your support and understanding. :)

How can I best wash and take care of my new embroidered clothing?

It is super important to take care of your Poppy Petal clothing with extra TLC!! Remember to turn your shirt or sweatshirt inside out before throwing in the wash. (This helps protect the embroidery.) Wash on COLD with similar colors. You can then either tumble dry low, or hang to dry. 

What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?

If you accidentally add the wrong address (we know how it is– sometimes you’re rushing in that checkout to make sure to snag something from a launch!;), shoot us an email at co.poppy.petal@gmail.com, and we can get the address fixed for ya! 

How are your designs and products made?

All designs are hand-lettered by yours truly– Annie! :) I draw them up on my iPad, and my husband Justin digitizes them to become an embroidery file. We own a few commercial embroidery machines, and do all of our embroidery in-house! Keychains are also handmade by me with my sewing machine, and all stationery products are hand-lettered as well. 

What brands do you use for your shirts and crewnecks?

We use a variety of different brands. Gildan, Jerzees, and Comfort Colors are our top clothing brands that we use to embroider on. 

How does sizing work for the shirts and crewnecks?

Each product varies in how it fits! There is a sizing chart underneath each product on our website that gives measurements. I would say that most of our products are true-to-size, so I would suggest sizing up by one if desiring a more oversized fit. 

How long does shipping take?

We are able to ship orders out within 5-7 business days. If it is a preorder, preorders take up to 3 weeks from the preorder launch for us to ship out orders. 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we don’t currently offer international shipping! However, we are looking to grow that area of our business soon. Keep an eye out for updates on our instagram! 

Why don’t I see a tracking number yet?

If you’re not seeing a tracking number, it most likely it because we haven’t shipped your order yet! If you know the order has been shipped but you still didn’t receive an email, there is a chance that your email was inputted incorrectly during the checkout process (or you simply forgot to add your email). If that happens, send us a message at co.poppy.petal@gmail.com, and we can make sure to get you your tracking number! 

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail or is delivered to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, once we send our packages out, there is really nothing we can do if an order gets lost or delivered to the wrong address. :( Make sure to contact USPS and ask about your package to see if there is anything they can do to help. Also, make sure to double check your address before submitting your order to make sure it is correct. 

What should I do if my order is damaged or flawed?

Send us pictures and a description of any damages or flaws right when you receive the order. We can then take a look at the damages and work with you on what next steps to take. 

How often do you do restocks?

We would seriously love for everything in the shop to always be available– but sadly, we don’t have the capacity to do that at this point as a 2-person team! Restocks occur every few weeks on different items. Most products in the shop do restock eventually– some faster than others. I post on our instagram when things will be restocking, so make sure to follow along @poppy.petal.co!
